Towards the end of the Clone Wars (Not the movie, the Wars taken place that weren't necesarily filmed) Vader wanted more independant troopers, so they began recruiting republic citizens and othersto be cloned. A small percentage of the "Stormtroopers" are decendants of Jenga Fett.

the only clones left were in the 501st most of them retired,got wiped out by the rebellion or force choked by darth vader but mostly darth vader by then they just decided to recruit

The "animals" you are talking about are called Dewbacks and these are not Stormtroopers they are Sandtroopers
