Deal except that I will be coming to Australia not for employment but to travel and enjoy one of the great & beautiful countries & cultures of this world.
No - I passed both Microeconomics, Macroeconomics and Management of Financial Institutions (which deals with financial markets) with a 5 - (rated on a scale of 1 to 7, 4 being a pass, 7 being the highest, 1 being the lowest). AND I DIDN'T EVEN STUDY.
If my statements don't make sense - did you ever think that you're the idiot?
How much are you willing to pay for someone to clean your toilet or flip a burger?
Why do we have equal unemployment figures (both running at around 4.5%)?
Your inflation and interest rates are higher - but at what cost?
No one cares about 15 - 19 students on minimum wage - people with no job skills - they care about the fact that 7 Million Americans that get stuck on minimum wage, or something so close to minimum wage that you'd hardly know the difference.
You should offset some of your misplaced stress about America and buy a nice index fund that mirrors the U.S. S&P 500 which is up 12% so far this year. Our economy is strong and healthy any the stock market reflects it!
The American economy is the envy of the world. I am a big fan of Australia but your economy pales in comparison to the per capita output of the United States and Europe has totally stagnated while our GDP keeps rolling along.

Well rorbin.
I guess I am a little worked up over nothing. Considering it's not my country.
If I'm right... then bully for you. Just don't come to Australia looking for jobs when the US economy hits rock bottom.
If I'm wrong, well then bully for me - I've missed out on some good opportunities to profit on foreign shares.
Good luck.

Until it all comes crashing down when your government can't continue to fund it's debt - which is nearly US$10 Trillion - nearly 76% of GDP.
And American wants to start another war, and another war and another war.
Apparently it's in an arms race with China now? Bullshit.
It's just trying to avoid paying back US$265 BILLION that it owes China.
Ask yourself this - in the richest country in the world - why are 7 million people below the poverty line?

My comments have nothing to do with Republican or Democrat. They have to do with the ecomonic facts of the minimum wage.

If you did then you must have flunked it. Not one of your statements makes even the remotest bit of sense.
The job market is not fixed. It is dynamic. I'm sure you have no idea what this means.
