GTA IV Easter Egg Cop Harassment

This is sort of "easter egg" in GTA IV. Is not so well known but here it is the video. Just go to the police station in the northern part of Algonquin (see the video the first seconds i show where it is), is the station with a big helipad (where is supposed to be a Police Maverick). You can get there by helicopter or just driving and entering from the back door, same as i did. Normally the cops won't start shooting at you. Just get to the third floor and there you'll see a supposed police harassment scene. Even when is not happening in the moment, is supposed that those 3 cops gave the hell out of the man that is on the floor. Normally the victim is a random guy, could be a black, a hobo or a latin, always change. The funny part is that if you step on the guy he will stand up and just walk normally. The cops won't do anything until you take a weapon, shoot or hit some of them.
