That's exactly how I feel, what's the point? Diet and exercise is all I worry about as well, especially after my bingeing. Ughh such an ugly never ending cycle!

I really missed your videos because I could really relate to you. When you recovered from your binges for a while and said that you were trying to get some help for binge eating, that made me realize that if you can do it then maybe I can too. I would love it if you could post a video saying how you handle your emotions and if you have any advice for others just realizing that they have a disorder. Thanks.

Not to meantion, it was his first birthday. If your family is that negative, the answer is simple - don't surround him with people who are negative because CLEARLY they have had a negative impact on you. Do you really want that happening to him as well? You need to stop making youtube videos on how sad your life is and appreciate what you have. There are plenty of fun things that you can be doing with your son. Halloween is coming up, take him to the pumpkin patch DO SOMETHING.
