I have a Traeger and use a pizza stone to cook my Papa Murphy's. With a pizza stone, when you take the cooked pizza inside the stone keeps it nice and hot. I like using high...400-475 degrees!

I've done this twice with my Traeger. Once with Apple pellets and once with Oak....the apple is definitely the better choice for pizza.

I Traeger a couple frozen pizzas every week. I start it on high till it reaches 425 F, then place the pizzas right on the grill (no pan) then switch to medium immediately. They are done in about 15 -18 minutes. Crusts are crispy but not overdone. Using a Lil'Tex

haha i wanna try dat shit!

ive done that before the pizza tasted better

You can also do it on a 4 burner bbq. Cook the dough first (on medium) until the bottom is a brown with some black then flip it, turn off the middle two burners so it's indirect heat and then put on your toppings and let it go. :)

Nice job!
Which flavor pellets did you use bro?

Mesquite - They burn a bit hotter and the smoke flavor is stronger.

The link is in the video description. The model is I think the 075. I get the wood pellets from the same company. they make both the BBQ and the pellets.

Eh, I'll have to try it. It looks pretty good. How does the flavor taste.

Gives it a smoky flavor as if you were using smoked cheese. I used mesquite pellets.
The next day when you have leftovers cold you can really spell the smoke on it. :)

Smell not spell. Looks like you can't edit a post after making it.
