Tip for getting rid of your fats without having "kill" yourself - go for a 45 minute brisk walk. 20 mins won't do as it is just about getting the fats to burn.
When I was 84 kgs that's all I could do.
Tip #2 Make sure you eat something light before you workout. You don't want to be burning your muscle instead of your fats. :)
Tip #3 Always drink lots of water throughout the day so you won't be dehydrated. If you don't drink enough water it would be good for your health anyway

  • Are there any mental health benefits to this exercise, as I usually go for a run? However, sometimes I want to give my joints a rest from hard impact running.
