Cool video. For those of you looking to open a new account, I'd recommend Scottrade. Great tools, plus free trades if you use the coupon code ZQZY7866

@spm04 I'm interested in stocks for now. But later I would also will also be looking to go into other types of investments. But my friend's dad makes half his income just from investing in stocks, so I am assuming that through stocks, you can make a decent amount of money.

The charts really do help and make the video a lot more understandable.

Wont you need like 50k to get a 6pct profit your example talks about to have a cash flow of 3k per transaction term?
You got some cash bro!

@ejames80 yeah mate you need a bit of cash to make a full time income with this strategy (but you can start small and compound over time and it builds up fast!!), once you get experienced it's possible to use margin to double your return (so 6% would become 12% because your broker will put up 50% of the money).... but, it's risky if you don't know how margin works! Cheers

I have a question just like 123chris1231. I'm interested in investing in stock, and I had the same question.
Also I was wondering if you could give me a few tips about sites like eTrade. My boss told me to put some money down on eTrade, but I don't know much about it and I was wondering if maybe you could give me more information on that.

@spm04 hey mate, I'm not familiar with eTrade, but I'll take a look.... just find a trading platform (IG Markets is a popular one) that allows you to open a practice account and start buying and selling without using real money until you get comfortable with a strategy and placing your orders.... are you interested in stocks or other investments?

Thanks for making this video it has truly helped me grasp a good concept on the stock market, my question is who buys the stocks back the company or other investors, If it's the investors does this mean you won't always have a buyer, will it be a hassle to find ppl to buy your stocks or will there always be buyers and easy to sell whenever you choose? Plz somebody answer this in dieing to know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@123chris1231 hey mate, it could be any investor or Company that buys the shares back.... you'll find there's usually always someone who is willing pay market price for your shares... however, if you set a 'limit price' sometimes no one will buy your shares if your price is too high.... so it depends on whether you are willing to take the 'market price' or if you have a 'limit price' in mind... it's a little tricky to explain, but I'll put up another video and cover that for you....
