@anddaz The truth is that Stevie hasn't made a bad album yet. The main issue critics have with his post 'Hotter Than July' albums is his production choices. For me, its fascinating to study his production from the mid 80's (The Woman In Red, 1984) to his more recent work (A Time 2 Love, 2005). His later period is worthy of reappraisal. Go Home, Overjoyed, Never In Your Sun, Stranger On The Shore Of Love....Strip back the production to just piano and voice and you'll hear the magic of it all.

I love this record and i feel the same way you do,they cannot all be hits but this is very unique and shows a part of Stevie as if he were suddenly able to see and walk the streets by himself and get the opportunity to what was really going on.I love Stevie A true humanitarian and one of this worlds greatest talents....
