i just ordered a starter deck to play with my younger brother and ive been trying to figure out how to play so could play when get the cards...only real question is do u use any card for a resource or is there actual resource cards? and so do u like got the first few rounds without having any characters because got to build up ur resources first?

@mnBroncos1 Any card may be used as a resource point. Only Plot twist and location may be flipped and used. Equipments and characters are the only thing that use Resource points to play.

when you put a card down do the resource cards go away

No they don't. Its just the Camera angle. Resources never go any were unless stated by a Ability or Card effect :-)

i found vs system for 25 cents a pack so i got some of course

No Each turn you Lay down a Resource(((Any card in your hand can be a resource))) You Tap those you use those to Bring out your Characters or equipment. Ever end turn you get those points back.
