When MK vs. DCU was released, everyone (including myself) was livid that the game was going to be rated Teen, which meant no gory fatalities.

However the majority of the fatalities were pretty good as they were, so I got to thinking about making some of my own Teen-rated fatalities with old school MK sprites. As I was limited to the sprite libraries at hand, I ended up doing some variations of a few of the MK vs. DCU fatalities. So due to this limitation, only MOST of these finishers are created by me.

After seeing the sprites used for so many shitty pirated MK NES games, I thought it'd be nice to put the graphics to good use. For whatever reason I'm a sucker for these low-res NES graphics and thought "what the hell?" So here they are in supreme demonstration mode.

A few things though:
1: some of these sprites are modded from MK1(Liu kang, Sub-Zero, Raiden, Cage)
2: I did a little modding myself, but only minor effects (an explosion, and a few character poses)
3: All the sprites were ripped by }{ombat from http://www.mortalkombatwarehouse.com/ , big thanks to him as I couldn't have done all this by myself.
