The bodies energy, or force as this video's website puts it is quite a complex thing. But you can research, into so many other orders, philosophy even monks who mediate for hrs sumtimes days on end, exercising their minds, honing energy. @5mikewwe92 We we watch an athlete in sport, yes the person maybe very skilled but there is also the factor of energy that is given off that Individual at the same time. Its kinda tricky explaining my point here, but say wen we look at how sum1 does sumthing like paints a picture, we can watch sum1 else do it, who lets say is equally talented but we may say that other person did it better. As to whether masturbation can really alter our bodies, as in the left side and such, this I myself put down to more about blood circulation arnd the body. Wen we masturbate we r giving off energy, the same as wen we hav sex. Its also kinda like watching sport of ballet e.g. in how we see a person perform.

We have to remember Sex is a natural process to create life, and sex cannot happen with out a partner of the opposite sex.
