The press hype he attension around her ethnicity and her sex because it is a breakthrough. She was educated here and her loyalty is to the country who gave her that education. As a person originally from Roman Road who went to school at St Anne's in Brick Lane and worked s a porter in the original Billingsgate Mkt I cannot but wonder why none of the candidates are talking about improving Bethal Green.
