According to Amazon Watch, numerous eyewitnesses are reporting that Peruvian Police have been disposing of the bodies of indigenous protesters who were killed after the police raided an indigenous road blockade in the Amazon. The protests came in response to Perus free trade pact with the United States, which demonstrators say will ruin their livelihoods, exploit their resources and damage their environment.

It was more a case of attempting to correct your misunderstanding of communism. While some parts of the communist theory are well written, its belief that social evolution exists undermines its validity quite a bit.

So you are telling me they are getting to the stage of a classless, stateless society? This honestly surprises me quite a bit! As for repeating myself, I am unsure what point it was. However understanding the evolutionary aspect of communist theory in particular communism being the final stage of said evolution is extremely important when it comes to being able to identify what is and isn't communist. Thus far you have only been identifying Socialist States which are completely different.

Why is it you believe that the others in Peru have the right to deprive the Indigenous peoples of their lands and resources? Sadly your view point is quite commonly held by people around the world. As more often than note 'developing' countries engage in internal colonialism, whereby they use the same practices of colonialsm which were used in their exploitation to exploit the indigenous peoples who happen to live within their boundaries. The land which the State is trying to steal, isnt' theirs

Firstly none of the countries you have listed are communist. Communism is part of the school of evolutionism, whereby it was believed that all societies are following an evolutionary path. Marx held that this path would eventually lead everyone to a final destination known as communism. At this destination we would be living in classless, stateless societies. A quick look at the countries you have identified reveals that in all of them the State still exists.

To save time, none of the countries you have mentioned are communist. While some of them may claim to be either at the stage of communism or on their way to said stage, none of them have reached it yet. The theory of communism is an evolutionist belief that all societies are going through social evolution. Marx believed that there was an end point which all social evolution was moving towards, this is communism, which he defined as being a classless, stateless society.

There is some irony in your assertion that a person should perform research before they speak on a topic. Firstly there has never been a single Communist country. Also your assertion that democracy protects the rights of Indigenous peoples. Indigenous peoples and those from small scale cultures have been in a battle for their rights and very lifes against large scale cultures for some time now. Democracy sadly does not instantly mean their rights will be recognized.
