Exclusive: Air India Passengers Revolt at JFK, New York.

I was flying Emirates but across our counter there was an Air India flight that was stranded. The passengers were scheduled to leave the previous night but due to the worst storm to hit New York all flights out of JFK were canceled.

When the airport opened up, few flights were prepared to leave - Air India was not. The crew refused to fly as the aircraft as it was not cleaned. Air India did not tell its passengers of the problem, instead kept them waiting in the boarding areas for hours.... misleading them to think they would be boarding the aircraft soon!!!

I dont know what happened at the end as my Emirates flight took off shortly after...
