@watcbd this engine is what's called a non-interference engine hence the timing belt brakes there would be no valve damage or to the piston.
-
Drop in a Cummins 6.7 L and then the noises will be justified.

what kind of turbo is it? is it a kit? and did you do anything else to the engine after installing the turbo or just leave it how it was? thanks!

@PattyWaggon93 My car is like that but worst... Problem is i can't find a damn cam gear for my 89...

Did you find out what it was??? I have the same engine (Although without the extra 6PSI turbo) and I'm always paranoid I wont know what the problem is if I run into one. Especially a potentially engin killing timeing belt problem.

@watcbd i never found out, didnt seam like it was anything
i talked to a couple of my buddies and a shop i go to, they said that it was mostlikely the alignment of the bolt, because the cam didnt wobble and the timing was good
the noise you mainly here, like the click clacking is actually the 42lb injectors that i installed to compensate for the 6psi boost

@PattyWaggon93 i have the same on mine just more :P and i did ask a ford engine builder and he said they do so because of high rpm use:P

@solveg18 im not suprised then
well after i boosted it i rarely brought the rpms about 5-6k
but when the tire spun all through 2nd gear i would tend to redline it at about 6800rps

@PattyWaggon93 hehe mine dont stop before they hit 7500rpms :)

@solveg18 my car at a factory tune never had a rev limiter or speed limiter
i tuned in a rev for 7k cuz hitting second gear or trying to launch my car had a lot of trouble sticking
