Wise not to underestimate the level of analysis and preparation for this move, he been moving the pieces into place right through the boom waiting for the bust, now competitive landscape frozen, no capital means his competitors are like deer in the headlights with Rupert roaring toward them in a 10T truck. Sure hope your right - user pays sucks.
