@steadling9 True, but it's something to do if you're curious. Hallucinations can be terrifying at times. Seeing shadows moving and no one is around, hearing sounds and voices that don't happen, those can be terrifying.

love how people are 'terrified of hallucinations'.. just go to fucking sleep, nothing good comes from this

I get tentacle bugs when I take too much benadryl... a cobweb in my room totally freaked me the fuck out and turned into like a twitchy dying spider thing... I fell asleep after taking 600mg benadryl and woke up like an hour later to a huge ass motherfucking orbweaver on my cieling but it was just like a speck that I was tripping the fuck out on

sleep deprivation is like a really long acid trip but the hallucinations are worse in some cases, like i got chased by my own shadow for like 3 hours in my backyard at like 2 am and i fell and crawled back to the door because i thought it was gonna get me. then again i might just be weird. i dunno

how many days in total did you go without sleep? and if your on anti psychotic medication can you still hallucinate with lack of sleep:?

Were you able to go to sleep ?
I'm trying to do this and see how long I can stay up...its so hard though when my bed is right next to me! What kind of things do you recommend to stay awake longer?

@PaintItBlack11 Stay active and never lay down. Watch some movies or create something , anything to stay active.

i'm doing my own study, the only thing i'm woried about are hallucinations, when will they start to kick in and how can i stop them? (i'm already 1 day in)

@SuperHazard2 Hallucinations start to appear at about 3-4 days. There really is no way to stop them, just don't stay in a room alone in the dark to long. Being active helps to reduce them but they are going to happen sooner or later. In my personal experience the hallucinations aren't that bad, but then again they can be relatively scary.

Is this the last video in the sleep deprivation series?

@bougainvillea123 Yes, because I didn't have the energy or sanity to keep recording.
