A tutorial showing you how to obtain and get the HD quality on YouTube. This is how I render my videos in Camtasia Studio. This also works for Facebook video and possibly other video hosting websites such as Vimeo.

I remade this video because some people said I talked too fast in the previous one. So here's the new video. It was difficult for me to delete that video with so many views / comments :)

YOU MUST HAVE QUICKTIME PLAYER INSTALLED TO CHOOSE .MOV FORMAT:
Download Quicktime Player : www.apple.com/quicktime

Specs:

- Be sure to record at a 16:9 ratio
- 1280x720 highly recommended [ you may record at a higher resolution but maintain the 16:9 ratio]
- H.264 compression

  • @appleandblackberry It's windows (:

  • @XVSProductions thanks, just to let u know, keep up the great work man, dont listen to the rest of these foo's and haters on here, you've been doing a great job, so keep doing what youre doing, and BTW an input for your latest video, you should maybe do some final cut pro tutorials if u have a mac or some more AE tutorial or Premier tutorials, i don't know, just throwing some ideas your way =)

  • @appleandblackberry Hey man, thanks for all the support, I really appreciate it. And thank you for your suggestions, I shall keep them in mind! (:

  • Ok. im not a fan of quicktime and i wanted to know instead of quicktime .mov can i use WMV - Windows media video. will it still have the same quality or what

  • @FallenHobo1 If you're not a fan of Quicktime, then yes, switch to the "recommended settings WMV" The quality is 100% the same but WMV is close to Quicktime's.On a scale, WMV is about 94% of Quicktime in Camtasia so yeah!
