Showcasing is a pretty nice looking 3yr.old prospect. I thought he looked particularly good in 2009 as a 2yr.old winning the Gimcrack Stakes. That said, I don't think Showcasing is a 6 furlong sprinter. Or not the caliber of sprinter that will ever beat horses like Starspangledbanner, Fleeting Spirit, Kinsale King, or some of the world's better sprinters. Even though Showcasing has won over 6 furlongs. I suspect a step up to 7 or even 8 furlongs would suite his running style better. JMO.
