Seth, you inspired me to post about the beautiful SemperOper here in Dresden on my blog. Changing in the middle of its history, with the first female intendant and a new approach to their audience. First and most seeable sign is the new website and many more changes that can be only realized when people attend the audiences.

I feel Seth is telling folks 'what they want to hear' as opposed to how to get there. Are you a linchpin? Doubt it...
