Blu-ray Vs. Direct Download

Is Blu-ray better than direct download? That's a tough question. Blu-ray certainly has plenty of benefits including extra features and ease of use. You can share a Blu-ray disc with someone by simply handing it to them. With direct download, you have to combat DRM and storage medium obstacles that make a simple exchange more of a hassle.

What do you think? Is Blu-ray better than direct download?

@kazora1001  I have to agree to you on that with downloading. Sometimes computers can get viruses too ^^ So I do buy em on Discs

And besides, what if your computer crashes and you download and saved all the movies? You would have to re-download everything again. I told myself few yrs ago when LimeWire was out; it took forever to download. So yeah; I dunno if it could be Illegal? I dunno if you are able to re install the Disc on the same computer or if you get a new one I do not think ya can. So tough luck with that! I just buy em in Discs

well if you are at a school or library, you cannot download movies on their computer. And overall, BluRays are Protected against Copyright law and other illegal stuff. So I would spend the money on the real thing. Right now I have 50 Blu Rays and 50 DVDs ^^I just picked up the Star Wars collection on BluRay for $90 @ Walmart ^^
