@GanjaKreww Yes.. Lost over 100lbs in a year. Don't eat processed food. I try and eat mostly RAW food. Wait at least an hour to eat after exercise, as your body continues to produce testosterone and HGH until you eat (Testosterone and HGH "eat" fat) . Also VERY IMPORTANT breakfast is NOT the most important meal, Dinner IS. Feeding your body before bed gives it the fuel it needs to rebuild while sleeping. Don't be scared to eat fat your body NEEDS it... Fat doesn't make you fat sugar does.

@diicctater No not earthy at all.. smells like a mix of oregano, bay leaves, and dill or fennel . There is a hint of pine when you break a piece off, but it really smells like bad Italian food. :)
