Smith has declared, under penalty of law for perjury, that he traveled to Mombasa, Kenya and, on Feb. 19th, 2009, obtained a certified copy of the Certificate recording Barack Hussein Obama II's birth in Coast Province General Hospital. -The certification is stamped and signed by the hospital administrator, and contains an embossed seal from the hopsital.
