Medic Unit Cuts Siren

Shreveport Medic Units usually cut their siren within a few block of the incident dpending on the nature of the call and traffic conditions. This is SFD Medic 10 on the way to an ems call down my street.

Goin a bit fast to be cutting sirens off in a residential area.. they're supposed to be used for a reason. Great video though!

cut their siren within a few blocks from the scene? My city cuts theirs half a block from the scene, if not at the scene. Wonder why Shreveport cuts their sirens early?
