A judge explains why Obama's newly appointed, unelected, unaccountable, czars are taking power from congress and are totally unconstitutional. This is an extreme separation of powers issue and invites secret government. We now have czars over pay, technology, cars, the internet and etc.; areas for which no grant of power was ever given the executive branch. How close to monarch are we how-be-it and elected one?

"Czars" have been used for nearly 100 years by every president, including Regan, and both Bushes. theres nothing wrong with it, and people need to get over themselves.
