I agree with HiroHiko on that one. The OVA comparing to the manga were too different. Not having a JoJo anime is actually a good thing. As much as I like JoJo, I dislike the anime, not too much though.
If JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Anime was so accurate to the original, then I think that would have changed the Anime and Manga Industry forever. I could imagine.
If Golden Wind was released in America, that would contribute to such a cause.
I think Series 4 could have been an anime, with all the fillers it has, but Hirohiko explicitly said he does not want another JoJo anime(referring to the OVAs) because he did not like how they were altered from the original manga.
Yes, the art style differs from other artstyles. instead of using the usual manga proportions we see today, HiroHiko's style, I think, seems to miz anime art with realism; Shadow Dio is an example. The shading for his body is added, and you could see that in muscular proportions.
And I also like the fact that the JoJo manga was a game instead of an Anime. Even If it were cool to have it an Anime, the Arcs are too short.
Though at the same time that's one thing I like about JoJo..The art style is very unique and classical, you don't see that these days..I mean Naruto and Bleach are..ok I guess but what JoJo has is something only 1 in a million manga has. I don't see what's so good about CLAMP when their style looks so similar to every other art style out there, but Hirohiko Araki's is very unique and baroque.
A stand is a representation of ones self in the form of a spirit that cannot be seen by the naked eye and can only be seen by stand masters. Ordinary humans think of this as being paranoid.
The ways of getting a stand power is possible. It's hard to explain, but it can be by hanging around with a stand user too long. Trish Una in series 5 got her stand for being with stand users for too long.
Bloodline is another way; Dio got his stand powers by possessing a descendant of Johnathan Joestar.

CLAMP is a fan of JoJo, believe it or not.

Eww. Giorno's a boy and girl, so that makes Enrico half straight, and half gay.
Enrico is very arrogant.

If Giorno ever uses E-Harmony, his soul mate is Enrico Pucci.

I can try to visualize what you doing:
Joseph: It is our destiny to defeat DIO!
You: WTF?

Only those who are worthy of having a stand can be stabbed by the arrow. For Stand users, It's Requiem level. Giorno was so overpowered.

Also through the Stand Arrow.
