My daughter does exactly that! Her EEG came back normal though.. did the seizures show up on your sons EEG?

Did she have an episode during the EEG? We did a 23 hour Video EEG and he had several episodes that were recorded. But our neuro, diagnosed it as infantile spasms just by looking at this video. He's currently seizure-free on a drug called Sabril - Vigabatrin.
