I'm going to assume this was an in house design by this time.I noticed the CBS News typeface for the campaigns for about a decade at that time was used. Theme is good, but the 1992 was the best in recent ages. In fact WCBS Newsradio 88 still uses these cuts for the election stingers to this day.
@bduddy55555 They weren't bad elections just the people in them were bad (at least one of them were anyway)
