Its pretty clear Rush Limbaugh wants America to fail. He jumps up and down with glee everytime something goes wrong (U.S. loses bid for Olympics) but burns up with bitter envy when things work out (U.S. auto industry back on its feet and actually profitable for tax payers, and the Chevy Volt is Motortrend Car of the Year)!
