Are you looking to get a Beautiful Butt into beach-babe shape? Fitness expert Janice shows you how to tighten your buns with her "Get Fit with Janice" video. Each one of her exercises -- the Pelvic Tilt, Leg Pulses and Leg Circles will force you to squeeze and control your glutes which is crucial for shaping your rear. Do 1 set of 16 if you're a beginner or 3 sets of 16 if you're advanced. Repeat the routine two or three times a week and you should see results.
