Most udon noodles sold abroad are awful. I discovered that they're not had to make at home. The video provides guidance to the recipe posted at:

  • the noodles only stick togerther when you cut them becouse of you dont use so much flour you need to use MUCH MORE flour and make the dought tinner and maybe give us some recepies
