Nightwish live in Bucharest, Romania, performing The Kinslayer from the album Wishmaster.

YouTube didn't seem to have this video yet, but I love this song. And I like Tarja's performance in this one a lot. I think she looks relaxed yet professional, a bit crazy (like always), and sounds good.

Their music centered around her voice and her vocals. Try listening to the songs while ignoring the vocals, it's not that special, being mostly supportive rhythm and percussion along with some guitar licks here and there.

Anette has about as much feeling for the music as does my dog. It seems like she's just singing karaoke.

While Tuomas is the genius behind the songs, Tarja and her opera voice are the ones who brought the songs to us. Without an opera singer, Nightwish has lost it's uniqueness

I don't think she was bored, probably more tired than usual... but that happens, she is human.

Anyways the result was a great performance, as usual!

I'm sure that if you only heard the audio without the video you wouldn't even notice that!

Radical, you read my thoughts. Tarja was great, but I can't imagine her singing ANY of the new songs. The first interpreter of the songs is always the best, Tarja was the best at the songs which were made for her, Anette is the best at the songs which were made after Tarja's leaving...

You can never smile 100% of the time.Seems to me that Tarja suffered from nervousness (or whatever else it might be) cos there are many moments in many gigs when she seems to feel pretty bad.But of course it's sooo improbable that a singer of her qualities would be nervous...there's a band I like,Amaral,and the singer at the beginning of a song at Básico gig makes the face like that she'd love to kick everybody in their ass right now...Tarja's face here is nothing compared to this singer,haha:)
