Artist: Gravity Kills
Album: Gravity Kills
Album Release: March 5, 1996
Record Label: TVT

Band Bio
Gravity Kills was an American industrial rock band from Jefferson City, Missouri.

The band was formed in 1994. They had their first hit single with "Guilty" from their album Gravity Kills. Appearances on the soundtracks for Mortal Kombat ("Goodbye"), Seven, and Test Drive Off-Road also helped bring exposure. They have toured with such bands as one-time TVT labelmates Sevendust and industrial powerhouse Pigface. Their only other successful singles afterwards were "Falling", from Perversion and "One Thing", from Superstarved, though both were only minor successes. Following a severe injury to keyboardist Doug Firley's hands, and lack of tour support from their record label, they were unable to complete a tour for Superstarved and broke up in 2003. On October 28, 2005, Gravity Kills reunited to perform for a self-created Halloween music festival in St. Louis, Missouri entitled "The Killoween Freakshow." This appears to be becoming an annual event, as another "Killoween" occurred on October 28, 2006, at Pop's nightclub and bar, featuring Gravity Kills and Fragile Porcelain Mice. Due to a scheduling conflict, Killoween was instead "The Nightmare Before Thanksgiving" on November 21, 2007

  • think of it from the band's POV. The sounds and effects are straight out of the demo, very little is actually added to it. I consider it more haunting as opposed to regurgitated pop-club industrial. Kudos Gravity Kills, I can't wait to hear what's next.

  • @rnspike I doubt you'll be hearing anything from these guys in a long while. Considering that they disbanded the band, but I totally agree with you this version kicks ass. I also like the demo version of this song, but someone on YouTube beat me to it when came to upload it. I don't like to post videos up on here that people already have posted.

  • @cybermartyr87 The band has gotten back together and have signed to a new record label. WUT UP BITCH.

  • @XinBiDe Yes, I'm well aware of that. When I posted that comment I wasn't. lol BTW is it really necessary to add the "WUT UP BITCH" statement that's just immature.

  • It took time but now I prefer this version to the Demo Version.

  • Wow, I never realized how great this band is.

  • I need this when I'm creating.....Divine status, quality, or nature: "a ruler driven by delusions of deity

  • @Juurrgg STFU!

  • @boyakasha777 blow me? MmmmmI need you!

  • I need this when I'm creating.....

  • @cybermartyr87 The aforementioned "WUT UP BITCH" was in no way meant as an insult, but as an excited yelp and proclamation of the glory that will come to us when they release their new album.

    Scheel be with you.

  • @cybermartyr87 They're in the studio working on new stuff right now.
