The person at the beginning of SAW II going too the operating table is Dr. Gordon. He along with Jigsaw are the main villains throughout the entire series Hoffman and Amanda were just pawns in their game.

LOL@honny1991 you are so dumb even the producers said it was John Kramer limping and jokingly they teased the audience into believing it was Dr one legged Gordon they said it when asked ! Its not Dr Gordon and John did wear his ring because he still had mixed feelings for Jill go look at the theory of Dr Hefner and you ll understand what I am saying!! Dr Hefner is the accomplice!!! not Gordon!
