With this Cydia app, you can back up your iPhone/ iPod/ iPad game saves to Dropbox- a cloud data storing service which you can easily use to access saves from other jailbroken devices or your pc/ mac. It's free by the way, you will need to sign up to Dropbox first, here's the link: http://db.tt/gVK5ojK you need Dropbox which is free otherwise the app will have nowhere to upload to.
