I have an Egyptian Mau mix, same color as the one you have. One day I hope to get an SBT Bengal, though. :)

Egyptian Mau domination. :D

I have an Egyptian Mao That I rescued off of the streets of Seattle when she was about six month old. Crazy smart, super loyal and very low maintenance, Overall, the best cat that you could ever hope for.

If you can afford expensive cats like those you can afford to hire someone to kitty proof your house.. all those cords are dangerous!

bengal... HOLLY SMOKES WHERE THE HELL YOU FIND THIS EGYPTIAN CRACKHEAD FROM?, IT NEVER STOPS PLAYING.LOL

hey, just out of curiousity what type of egyptian mau is that..he's colouring is peculiar, cant quite tell if hes a bronze or silver? but then again he also alooks abit like he could be a bengal/mau mix, alot of ppl do mix them and the variations are quite beautiful. I love how he seems to just have bronze ears, or is that just the lighting! either way they are both beautiful

have a few extension cords there...

I assure you, the dark male kitty was not trying to mate. He was 4 months old at the time. He was neutered. He was trying to dominate the other cat, until it submits. He has not changed and behaves exactly the same with my sister's cats, when they come round to stay with me. My sister has a much bigger cat and the Mau fights with him constantly. He will keep doing this until the cat submits.

which cat is the boss now? which one is stronger?
cateyes221981 1 year ago
@cateyes221981
Egyptian Mau is the boss and will probably always be. He is VERY strong. But dominance is not necessarily determined by Strength or physical attributes.
In the same way a small female could dominate a BIG man, a smaller cat can dominate a larger cat.
The Egyptian Mau has a dominant personality and does not give up in a fight. If he loses 1 fight, he comes back again a few minutes later, until the other cat gets tired. From that point onwards, the Egyptian Mau dominates.
