In storm of Zehir you can cross paths with One of Many. It's just a little side-plot though.

In way this is kindof poetic justice. The gods created the wall of the faithless to torture and destroy souls who didn't worship them. But that horror gave rise to a being who turned the walls power on the very creators of that wall.
