Pat Lee, born in Canada in 1975, tried for a job in comics when he was 16, sending more than 150 pages of uninvited portfolio artwork to editors at Marvel and DC. Nothing happened right away, but Rob Liefield, co-founder of Image Comics, spotted him at a convention and hired him. After a training spell at Extreme studios, he worked on Bloodpool, Glory, Darkchylde, Black Flag, and Prophet, then founded his own comic company, Dreamwave, with his brother Roger. They produced a series on Transformers, but Dreamwave eventually shut down. Lee then moved on to do work at DC and Marvel, working on such characters as X-Men, Fantastic Four, Superman, and Batman. Music is from "White River Suite," performed by Steve Davison.

  • @ 4:16 thats not pat lees dumb ass

  • You should re-title "Lost hero"

  • Pat lee broke the one rule of comic industries and that is "trust and fair play".

I think he will never regain the fame he had.------------ Sad

  • Pat Lee is a horrible, horrible, artist. I don't even know if you can be classified as an artist if you use ghost artists.

  • pat lee seems to draw better when he does covers...not so much when he's drawing the whole comic book.

  • I think it's your videos that make them rise to the top.
