I think Singapore and Hong Kong should merged together, because the history, structure of economy and policy are similiar .Both places can learn from each other strengths,Eg. Hong Kong is a freedom places and the gov respect human rights ,people can oppose or even accuse against the gov. but Singapore's gov is very effective in administration and good urban planning.
