  • So quick to hate. He never claims to do 50 dips or 50 pull ups CONSECUTIVELY, he just says, do 50. Whether it's in 2 sets or 20 is your business.

  • This guy has some good tips and is dedicated to what he does. But the reps hey says he does, and the text that precedes them just doesn't add up. 50 chins up and 50 dips after all that is monstrous, and judging by his performance from what he shows in the videos, I just can't see these pulled off all the way through. Why say so many good tips then stretch the truth alittle with these rep counts is odd
