President Obama, an Ivy League graduate (x2), personally approved a plan for Navy SEAL snipers to shoot to death three Somali pirates who were holding a ship's Captain hostage aboard a lifeboat. Three shots, three dead pirates, one free Captain.
Deadly violence proved wonderfully effective at solving that problem.
Obama also approved the plan to assasinate Bin Laden.
The U.S.A. would not exist but for deadly violence.

@carywat What is the Ivory league? I've heard of the 'Ivy League' (a group of expensive private American universities renowned for their educational merit, but now most are really just a cesspools of wealthy extremist left-wing libertines). But it is true that educated people are less violent, on a personal scale.But how many high school drop-outs start wars, which kill far more people in a shorter amount of time than homicides ;) But education is important, but communication even more so.
