Definately taking the piss out of Bush. Bush went to Yale Uni, and the monster goes to Vale Uni. Coincidence? Don't think so. Also, he became a member of the 'skull and bones' secret society at Yale, whilst the monster joins the 'secret skeleton society'. Finally, Bush campaigned heavily in all the areas that the monster visits. Pretty concrete evidence.
