how do you get to ilinaltas deep, what is the best way?

@DixonMiheads When you finish the Bleak Falls Barrow Temple area and walk out onto a cliff, just walk directly to your right down the coast. You will see a partially submerged castle-looking structure, with a hatch on the right side. If you look on the world map, it will be directly southwest of Bleak Falls Barrow.

how do you get past the rock for Black Star quest?

if you check the dungeon map, theres something behind the passage that is blocked by stones(where the water comes from) i dont know how to get past it..

when i went in to this dungeon, i found a special book... Are you sure that the dungeon ends there or did you not bother to go any further?

there's a chest and a skill book underwater in the "Waterlogged Chamber". I've found the chest but not the book. Suggestions?

I actually put this quest off for as long as I could. When I came through I was wearing full Daedric armor with a Daedric greatsword, and enchantments to resist cold, shock and fire.

Makes things much, much easier.

@BranislavDJ Then if anything it should be the Draugr that you hate most. The skeletons are nothing. The Draugr are the ones that cling to life stubbornly. Especially the dragon priests.
