Seems like the BIG FIX that goes around to cities could go down there and just start spaying & neutering the dogs. Every dog that can be fixed will save hundreds of dogs from being born there. I know they are strays but they can still do it. I don't understand the stupidity of puerto ricans. I know there is abuse in the USA to, but we don't tollerate it and we try to help the animals. American idol was down there to do audtions.I hope Simon saw the problem.He's a big Dog lover, maybe he can help

Heartbreaking to see and I can not thank Matthew Szechenyi enough for creating this and helping the rescuers, rehabilitators of te island get the word out...and MOST of ALL..thanks for being a voice for the animals of Puerto Rico Matthew. People...help us...ADOPT! the mixxed breed dogs and cats of Puerto Rico!
