On August 2, 2011 we spent some time in the hopyard evaluating the maturity of some of the plants and harvesting these early bloomers. In this video, Matt Sweeny shows how to cut the vines and take down the hop plant to harvest the hops. This mini-harvest resulted in around 10 plants being harvested.
