@SilivasGold It's a split ring, a Yang Bo requires both legs straight. And Yang Bo herself used to do a switch-YangBo

You can see that she does a half shushunova take off but goes into an inverted position, then she does an half twist again and ends straddling the beam.

It was Sun Xiaojiao who performed what Dominique Dawes called a "full-twisting Shushunova" at the 2001 Goodwill Games.

I know-that was more of a free cartwheel though than a sidesomi. Gorgeous though-she actually hits boxsplits on it.Absolutely amazing and beautiful.Other gymnasts should watch and learn-especially Shawn Johnson with her WELL below 180 degree "split leaps" and "ring jumps";)Sad that our current world champion cant hit full splits on her leaps.

That was absolutely incredible. Even her execution of the full tuck jump was beyond perfect. Super impressive.
