They won't die, the only thing that would happen, if you don't wake them, is that they would drift off into a natural sleep and wake up on their own, just as if they were taking a knap.

You should always be ethical with people and let them know you are about to hypnotize them using these techniques. It is possible to do this without their permission, but they may not like it, which could mean trouble for you.

Hypnosis is great to stop smoking, however, make sure you get proper training.

As for the 'Head Tilt Induction', you don't have to use your least dominant hand, but it helps to keep your dominant hand free to catch them or provide other directions if need be.

Also, your level of confidence is important. You must believe it will work and expect it to work. This internal belief will shine through in the actions you take and the results you achieve. Also, not everyone is willing to comply, so if it's not working on these friends, find someone else to work on it with. Eventually, you WILL get results and as you do, you confidence and competence will increase, along with your success rate. Don't give up...keep working on it and you will be successful

what happens if they dont wake up they die?and do they need 2 no if u hypnosis them and should u do it if they smoke?

Hi I recieved the book and i literally just finished reading it it is execlettent well done I love it and i didnt even know i had to use my least dominant hand for head tilt and my name is Austin by the way I dont know how to set up email so I asked my dad for his but thank you very much for book i will read it over and over until i can be as good as you.
