As a Realtor, sure wish that I had a $1.00 for everytime in the last 10 years when telling a Client of mine NOT to go with that lender, NOT to write that offer & yes, that meant me NOT making a commission! At least I slept well...some, yes even family, did NOT listen, did what they wanted to for the sake of the "American Dream" and now are in a world of personal & financial hurt! Moral of the story...some people just don't listen & will do what they want & when they want! AAUGH!! JustGeriWI
