Both factions are wrong. Period. But it is fact that the Palestinians were driven from their homes. And yes, they responded in a horrible way. Which should not be approved in any way! And the Jews that were also driven from their homes during the 40-45 holocaust should know better! None of them deserved any of that. But the thing is that the new Isrealis had to be grateful with the new lands they were given. Not build up an army state and repeat the horrors they experienced themselves.

When Israel gave Gaza to Palestinians, and forced their own citizens to move out, they built homes and planted trees to symbolize peace. Those homes currently store guns that attack Israel those trees were destroyed. When Saudi Arabia kicked out its own Muslim brothers, Israel was the only country in the middle east to accept them, You're telling the world that Israel is a bitch? Those people who were kicked out of Saudi Arabia and are now living in Israel say something else.

The term Palestine was of Roman origin. After the Ottoman empire overthrew the Romans they ruled over the land. But there have always been Jews there. 'Palestinian' national identity wasn't developed until 20th century to gain support for anti-Israel sentiment. Comparing the Holocaust to Israel's occupation of the West bank is completely disregarding any of the facts of the history of the conflict. And the fact that it is only Arabs who continuously deny peace.
