It's from The Beat a.k.a. The English Beat-"March Of The Swivelheads". It's hard to find but you can buy a MP3 version on Itunes & Amazon.

what was with all the hoopla? i was so excited to see this - and after 2 hrs when the float finally came - there was no music, no lip syncing, no dancing ... just a bunch of people half heartedly waving. what a let down.

Yeah, for about 6 blocks the music shorted out. When that happened I wasn't sure what to do, so I just stayed in character and went catatonic.
I have lots of good video of the awesome parts, will be posting later this week. Sorry you weren't below 13th/above 19th...

Crapola, now I want to attend. But the last time I went to the village for Halloween (I believe it was '99), I almost got trampled by a cop on a nervous horse. But you make my enthusiasm for life soar a tiny bit higher. To like, 2%. Maybe I will go.
